A system and a method for lending deposit, and a recording medium and an information storage medium for the same are provided to lend the deposit of a first client to a second client corresponding to loan condition by receiving/linking the loan condition with first client information and providing the deposit to the second client corresponding to the received loan condition. A first client terminal(110) or a program transmits loan condition for deposit deposited in a financial facility to a server(100). The server stores the received loan condition to a storage medium(105) by linking with first client information and/or first client account information, and lends the deposit to a second client corresponding to the loan condition. A second client terminal(115) or the program requests a loan corresponding to the loan condition by connecting to a server. The server includes a receiver(200), a loan processor(205), a storage(210), a transmitter(215), a loan interest processor(220), a judging part(225), a security setting part(230), an approving part(235), a loan condition checking part(240) and an information providing part(245). The receiver receives the loan condition, and the storage links/stores the loan condition and the first client information and/or the first client account information to the storage medium. The loan processor lends the deposit of the first client to the second client corresponding to the loan condition.
