An aromatic odor diffusing container and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to diffuse the aromatic odor to the outside without manually attaching a non-woven fabric, by simply forming a groove on a burlap bag by a laser and to insert logos, patterns, and pictures by precisely forming an aromatic odor diffusing hole. An aromatic odor diffusing container is made of a laminated film formed by laminating a film of air permeability and a film of non-air permeability. Plural fine grooves(12) are formed on the upper end of the container while penetrating through the film of air permeability to the film of non-air permeability, by using a laser. The film of non-air permeability is selected from a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) film(14), a nylon film, and a laminated film formed by laminating the PET film and the nylon film. The film of air permeability is an LLDPE(Linear Low Density Polyethylene) film(16).
