A jig unit for surface treatment of small workpieces is provided to simultaneously treat surfaces of a plurality of small circular workpieces each having one hole formed therein, reduce surface treatment defects of the workpieces, install the workpieces on a jig body easily, and fix the workpieces to the jig body without using a separate fixing unit. A jig unit for surface treatment of small workpieces includes a jig body(100) having a predetermined length, a workpiece installation wire(200) connected to one end and the other ends of the jig body, and a plurality of holding protrusions(210) formed on the workpiece installation wire and protruded from the workpiece installation wire in a predetermined spacing so as to insert the holding protrusions into holes of the workpieces, wherein the holding protrusions extend to a predetermined length from the length direction of the workpiece installation wire to the direction perpendicular to the length direction such that each of the holding protrusions has one apex(211) and two sides(212), and each of the holding protrusions is formed such that the two sides are gradually opened along the workpiece installation wire from the apex.
