A nuclear reactor fuel aggregate is provided to manage the extremely unstable fuel which has the increment of the burning and the core-inside residing time. A nuclear reactor fuel aggregate(16) includes an top nozzle, a bottom nozzle, a controlling bar guide tube, and a spacer grid. The controlling bar guide tube is extended in the size of the axis along the length between the top nozzle and the bottom nozzle, and is attached to a first terminal of the top nozzle and a second terminal of the bottom nozzle. The spacer grid is installed on the separated serial connection between the top nozzle and the bottom nozzle. The controlling guide tube is extended through the corresponding cell among a plurality of the cells. The spacer grid is mechanically or metallurgy coupled with the controlling bar guide tube at each cell of the spacer grid which is passed through by the controlling bar guide tube.
