A decorative element (3) has a shrunken portion (11) tightly and removably engaged inside the notch. The notch and the shrunken portion are mutually dimensioned such that the engagement of the portion is done with frictions. Depth of the notch and height of the shrunken portion are such that a surface of the element turned inwards the space is leveled with a wall of the band.</p>
