A loess oven for roasting meat using charcoal is provided to preserve the power of the charcoal in combustion and maintain inner temperature constantly by forming the inside of the loess oven with loess bricks. A loess oven for roasting meat using charcoal comprises a dome type partition(110), a combustion chamber(120), heat supply tanks(130), a roasting chamber(140), and a funnel(150). The partition installed inside the loess oven separates an inner part of the loess oven into an upper end and a lower end. The combustion chamber positioned at the lower end of the partition inputs the charcoal and generates heat of high temperature. The heat supply tanks are installed at the rear surface of the loess oven to transfer the heat of high temperature generated from the combustion chamber vertically. The roasting chamber positioned at the upper end of the partition circulates the heat of high temperature supplied from the heat supply tank, and has a grill part for placing meat. The funnel discharges the heat of high temperature in the roasting chamber to the outside. The heat supply tanks are additionally installed at two sides of the loess oven to transfer the heat of high temperature from the combustion chamber upward. The temperature of the roasting chamber is adjusted by opening the heat supply tanks. |
