A vapor turbine rotating blade is provided to prevent reduction of rigidity and deterioration of vibration caused due to the increased length of the vapor turbine rotating blade. A vapor turbine rotating blade includes a profile(1) and a cover(2) formed integrally with the profile at a front end of the profile. The cover of the front edge of the profile and the cover of the rear edge of the profile contact with each other by the twisting restoring force during rotation. The cover of the rear edge of the profile has a radially stepped portion(20) having a height larger than the thickness of the cover.
