PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid replacing device capable of properly replacing the liquid in a flow channel, and to provide a measuring instrument equipped with it. SOLUTION: The insertion tip part 23A of a pipette part 21A on a discharge side is arranged at a position higher than the insertion tip part 23B of a pipette part 21B on a suction side and separated from a measuring stick 50. Accordingly, when a dispensing head 20 is moved in a Z-direction to be accessed to a liquid flow channel 55, the pipette part 21B on the suction side is inserted in a discharge port 53B prior to the pipette part 21A on the discharge side and, when the dispensing head 20 is drawn out of the liquid flow channel 55, the insertion tip part 23B of the pipette part 21B on the suction side is separated from a supply port 53A prior to the pipette part 21B on the suction side.
