PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation by an employee and quickly release a prize putout machine from an abnormal state when the employee moves to the front of the customer side of a casing of the prize putout machine to conduct performance for release from the abnormal state, in case an abnormality occurs in the prize putout machine. SOLUTION: The prize putout machine 1 is provided with a parlor side display section 16 provided on one side of a casing 10 and a customer side display section 18 provided on the other side on opposite to one side of the casing 10. A control section 20 is telecommunicated to the parlor side display section 16, the customer side display section 18 and an abnormality occurrence detecting means 80, respectively. The control section 20 displays a method for releasing the prize putout machine from the abnormal state on the parlor side display section 16 and also displays on the customer side display section 18 the same content of the method for releasing the machine from the abnormal state displayed on the parlor side display section 16.
