<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a display image of excellent picture quality, without being influenced by characteristic variation of a write-in transistor caused by variation in the manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescence (EL) display device 10 has a pixel circuit 20 of a circuit structure which includes: a driving transistor 22 for driving an organic EL element 21; the write-in transistor 23 for writing input signal voltage Vsig in a pixel after sampling it; and a holding capacitor 24 for holding the input signal voltage Vsig which is written by the write-in transistor 23. Here, a CMOS transistor is used for the write-in transistor 23, and variation of mobility correction time caused by variation in the manufacturing process for each pixel is minimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
