PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a side edge of a substrate, and to effectively and efficiently remove a foreign material stuck to a backup stage for crimping electronic parts on the side edge, and to compactly constitute an electronic parts crimping device. SOLUTION: This invention relates to an electronic parts crimping device in which the side edge of the substrate is arranged on an elongated backup stage 8, while arranging the electronic parts at the side edge of the substrate, and the electronic parts are pressed with a crimping tool to crimp the electronic parts to the substrate. This device is also equipped with a cleaner 11 comprising: a cleaning head 12 having a rotary brush 16 arranged so that almost cylindrical perimeter sides may be contacted with a stage surface 10 of the backup stage 8 in a sliding form and a rotation direction may be along the longitudinal direction of the backup stage 8; a moving means 13 for moving the cleaning head 12 in the longitudinal direction of the backup stage 8; and a rotating means 20 for rotating the rotary brush 16 working with a movement of the cleaning head 12.
