Method for directly processing slaughtered byproducts comprises feeding amounts of slaughtered byproducts directly through openings of a crushing units (1, 2) and a pre-heater (3) and separating into material streams of proteins, fats and fabric water produced in heavy and light phases. The protein amounts and the fats amounts from an effluent from effluent treatment and condensate from the effluent treatment are guided to a further processing step. An independent claim is also included for a device for directly processing slaughtered byproducts. Preferred Features: Product quality process steps are produced with variably adjustable temperature stages in a thermal load stage (4) at 75-180[deg] C with pressures of up to 0.5 MPa for 10-60 minutes. |
