<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the feeling degree or importance degree of a character message corresponding to the sort of the received character message cannot be suitably determined in conventional technologies. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 comprises a communication part 12 for transmitting or receiving a character message, an analysis part 16 for analyzing the character message received by the communication part 12, a determination part 17 for determining at least one of the feeling degree and importance degree of the character message on the basis of the analysis result of the character message by the analysis part 16, and a sort determination part 18 for determining the sort of the character message.
