<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which can automatically update time data possessed by the processor itself with high accuracy as compared with a conventional technique. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor 1 acquires the first time data concerning a time while acquiring the second time data concerning a time more accurately when the first time data can not be acquired.
