PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dyeing and collage fabric with a transparent effect. SOLUTION: The dyeing and collage fabric using a victoria lawn of the present invention uses the victoria lawn prepared by using a substrate fabric layer of the victoria lawn made of cotton as a bottom face, sticking a picture pattern layer arranged with a plurality of picture patterns on the bottom face with a transparent adhesive, and sticking a surface fabric layer of the victoria lawn made of cotton on the upper face of the picture pattern layer with a transparent adhesive. The dyeing and collage fabric is characterized in that the substrate fabric layer uses the victoria lawn as a mount and applies coloring to a back scenery, a back picture pattern with light colors or the like, and for the picture pattern layer, a plurality of picture patterns prepared by cutting the victoria lawn made of cotton into parts such as flower patterns, leaves, stalks, branches, tape-like forms with narrow widths and cotton yarn-like forms are selected and coloring is applied thereon and they are arranged and stuck on the substrate fabric layer, and the surface fabric layer uses the victoria lawn as a mount and applies coloring on the picture patterns.
