The system has a set of endless belts (1) with inner sliding surfaces (1.1) for sliding two opposite surface sections of the sliding surfaces on each other on a body that is inserted into the belts. Each belt has a longitudinal axis (2) towards its closed ends (3) and a transverse axis (4) towards its open ends (5). The belts are individually combined or folded at a clutch or wound up towards its transverse axis to a roller. The belts form a single-piece, rolled up, folded hose. The hose is wound up on a winder or a roll core i.e. cylindrical bar (6). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for manufacturing a passenger transportation device (2) a method for providing the passenger transportation device.
