<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective thrombolysis-active substance [t-PA (tissue plasminogen activator) production-accelerating material], except nattokinase, and a method for producing the thrombolysis-active substance. <P>SOLUTION: The presence of a substance accelerating the t-PA-producing ability in a cell has been confirmed by using a Bacillus natto-fermented solution and biomass itself, deactivating the nattokinase of an enzyme by heat treatment, and adding the resulting product to a human cell.
