摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a help management terminal for easily acquiring paraphrased words of terms included in help information. <P>SOLUTION: The help management terminal is provided with: a help storage part 111 which stores help information including operation information to be information in which a term representing operation to be input is made to correspond to identification information for identifying the operation, the help information being related to the operation; a detection part 102 for detecting the operation; a reception part 101 for receiving a character string which a user has inputted with respect to the operation; an embedding part 103 for embedding the identification information on the detected operation into the received character string when the operation is detected; and an extraction part 104 for acquiring a term corresponding to the embedded identification information from the help storage part 111 and extracts a paraphrased word which is the same in meaning as the acquired term and different in notation from character strings within at least one of predetermined ranges before or after the embedded identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
