<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable output immediately after lighting in a light-emitting element driving method. <P>SOLUTION: In a light-emitting element driving method, drive current is gradually developed to ensure that the light volume of the light-emitting element is constant.
