<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter capable of suppressing the deterioration of electric reliability due to residue of a photosensitive resin composition for colored layer, and to provide the manufacturing method of the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter comprises: a base material; a light-shielding part formed on the base material in a pattern shape; a colored layer which is formed so as to cover the whole surface of the light shielding part on the substrate and comprises at least three colors of colored patterns; and columnar spacers which are arranged on the light shielding part and are formed on the colored layer, wherein the shielding part has a portion which is covered with a colored pattern of a color different from the colors of the adjacent colored patterns on the light shielding part, on at least a part of the light shielding part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
