IMAGING APPARATUS, METHOD FOR DRIVING THE SAME, AND RADIATION IMAGING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce extremely conspicuous line noise appearing in a picked up image with a simple configuration without complicating the configuration of an apparatus.

SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises: a detection unit 10 including a plurality of pixels 11 arranged in row and column directions; a drive circuit unit 20 to transfer electric signals in parallel from the pixels 11 arranged in the row direction of the detection unit 10; first sampling and holding circuits (SH1, SH3 and SH5) each for sampling and holding an electric signal from pixels arranged along one column belonging to a first group of the detection unit 10; second sampling and holding circuits (SH2, SH4 and SH6) each for sampling and holding an electric signal from pixels arranged along another column belonging to a second group of the detection unit 10; a read-out circuit unit 30 for reading out electric signals in parallel from the pixels 11; and a control unit 40 for controlling the read-out circuit unit 30 such that the first and the second sampling and holding circuits perform the sampling and holding in mutually different timings.
