摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifier circuit, along with wireless communication equipment using it, of which all power supply voltages in the circuit are taken from weak radiowaves of high frequency, in order to achieve further micronization and higher sensitivity. SOLUTION: The rectifier circuit comprises an input terminal in which an AC signal is input, a first rectifier circuit 110 which generates a first DC voltage V<SB>f</SB>from the AC signal, a bias voltage generating circuit 130 which generates a bias voltage V<SB>b</SB>of the value larger than the first DC voltage V<SB>f</SB>from the first DC voltage V<SB>f</SB>, and a second rectifier circuit 140 which comprises MOS transistors M<SB>11</SB>-M<SB>14</SB>that generate a second DC voltage V<SB>DD</SB>from the AC signal and applies a DC voltage almost identical with the bias voltage V<SB>b</SB>between a drain terminal and a gate terminal of the MOS transistors.
