PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite-based stainless steel sheet having high spot-welded coupling strength. SOLUTION: The steel sheet contains≤0.010% C,≤0.15% Si,≤0.2% Mn,≤0.04% P,≤0.005% S,≤0.05% Al, 0.006≤N≤0.010%, 20-30% Cr, 0.3-0.6% Cu,≤0.5% Ni, 0.2-0.4% Ti, wherein Ti/N ratio is 20-50, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and TiN having 50-100 nm average grain diameter, is deposited at the center part of the sheet thickness. In such a way, the coarsening of the crystal grain in a heat-effective part is restrained with the suitable existence of the fine TiN, and thus, the coupling strength is improved.
