The device has a housing with an opening for attachment to a part of a body, and a rotor unit (9) with a drive spring (10) supported between a drive unit i.e. drive rotor (18), and a clamping unit i.e. clamping rotor (8), such that the spring is supported at the clamping unit in a clamped condition and at the drive unit with a spring support (25). An overload protection is formed by the drive spring and the spring support for preventing overloading of the drive spring with the help of the overload protection.
