<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluorophor particles sedimentation and the fluorophor particles' extreme localization in a wavelength converter caused by the sedimentation, and in addition, suppress the wavelength converter's whitening. <P>SOLUTION: The sedimentation of fluorophor particles 5 and the extreme localization of the fluorophor particles 5 in a wavelength converter 19 caused by the sedimentation, and in addition, the whitening of the wavelength converter 19, are suppressed, respectively, by tangling and firmly fixing numerous inorganic substance's branched forms 3 onto the surfaces of the fluorophor cores 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
