COLOR CONVERSION DEVICE, EMULATION METHOD, FORMATION METHOD OF THREE-DIMENSION LOOKUP TABLE, AND IMAGE PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve emulation with high reproducibility by performing color conversion processing taking into account not only gamut conversion but also input and output characteristics of a device in use and input and output characteristics of a target device. SOLUTION: Color conversion for an image signal used in a first image processing device is performed by using a 3DLUT for performing the emulation of color reproduction using a second image processing device (a target device) in the first image processing device (a device in use). In the 3DLUT for emulation, input and output values including color conversion elements for color conversion reproducing input and output characteristics of the second image processing device, color conversion as gamut conversion between the second image processing device and the first image processing device, and color conversion as correction corresponding to input and output characteristics of the first image processing device are set.
