PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramide lipid dispersion in which the ceramide lipids are stably dispersed in a liquid state. SOLUTION: This method for producing the ceramide lipid dispersion is characterized by dispersing, in an aqueous phase, a mixture comprising (A) ceramide lipids, (B) an N-acyl-N-alkyltaurine or its salt, and (C) glycerol, wherein the mass ratio of the components (A) and (B) is (A):(B)=2:1 to 14:1, and the content of the component (C) is 70 to 99 mass%.
