PROCESS FOR PREDICTING AND DIAGNOSING ECOLOGICALLY DETERMINED CONDITIONS IN CHILDREN INHABITING REGIONS WITH DIFFERENT PATTERNS OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAMINATION

The process for predicting and diagnosing the ecologically determined conditions in the children comprises the calculation of the genetic predisposition to the diseases taking into account the adapted models proposed by D. Falkoner and Е. Edward, the detection of the clinical manifestations of the chronic non-specific intoxication, hypoplasia of the dental enamel, hyperplasia of the thyroid, nephropathy. Several laboratory assays are performed for the children at risk, namely the reaction of the non-specific leukocytolysis by the salts of the heavy metals, the analysis of the products of lipid peroxidation, and urinolysis assay.
