<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge reactor which can prevent an external electrode and a dielectric from generating ozone on electric discharge to control power consumption and prevent failure and short circuit of the dielectric. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge reactor has a central electrode 2 connected to a high-voltage electrode 1, an internal electrode 3 connected to the central electrode 2, the dielectric 4 arranged in the periphery of the internal electrode 3 as to surround it, the external electrode 5 arranged in the outer circumference of the dielectric 4, and a wire mesh 8, having the conductivity and the elasticity and arranged closely between the dielectric 4 and the external electrode 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
