PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sebum-removing paper provided with both of visibility acting on the visual sense of a user and sufficient sebum-absorbing property. SOLUTION: The sebum-removing paper 1 comprises: a thin-sheet-like base material 10 provided with sebum absorbing property; a character picture pattern display layer 12 provided on one side surface of the sheet-like base material 10; and a sebum absorbing layer 11 provided on at least one side surface of the sheet-like base material 10 and changing from an opaque state to a transparent state when absorbing the sebum. Since the sheet-like base material is thin to the degree of seeing through, characters etc. provided on the character picture pattern display layer can be seen from the opposite side. Moreover, the sebum-absorbing layer which changes from the opaque state to the transparent state when absorbing the sebum is provided at least on one side surface. Thus, the sebum-removing paper provided with both of the visibility acting on the visual sense of the user and the sufficient sebum-absorbing property when used is provided.
