FIELD: alimentary products, preservation. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the process of production of preserved pre-cooked first-course lunches for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space. The preserve production process includes the following activities: slicing onions and paprika, sauting them in melted butter and grinding, ricing garlic and sauting it in melted butter, freezing and grinding greens, grinding skinned eel fillet, mixing the above-mentioned ingredients with fish broth, dry white wine, tomato paste, culinary salt, CO2-extract of the specified species micromicetes biomass and hot black pepper, packaging the mix in aluminium tubes, vacuum sealing and sterilisation.
