PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a digital camera which can set a required number of print sheets even in case of image data where a figure is not photoed by judging the context where that image data is photoed. SOLUTION: With regard to image data where a figure is photoed, a print processing information setting unit 30 sets the number of print sheets corresponding to the number of figures. With regard to image data where a figure is not photoed, photography position is specified and the number of print sheets set in reference image data photoed at an adjacent photography position is set in the image data of scenery.
