摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable and efficient flocculation method which enables the flocculation of sludge to form dehydratable flocs as it is regardless of the properties of sludge (the difference of an occurrence source, the presence of organic matter, the mixing with sludge having another properties, etc.) by adding an anionic emulsion polymer to sludge of high water content because sludge of high water content produced in a sewage, an excretion treatment plant or a building site is extremely changed in properties and it is difficult to efficiently flocculate the sludge of high water content. SOLUTION: An excessive amount of the anionic emulsion polymer is added to the sludge of high water content produced in sewage, the excretion treatment plant or the building site; the sludge is stirred for 2 min or below; and then an inorganic flocculant is added to well subject the highly hydratable sludge to flocculation treatment. By adding the inorganic flocculant to the sludge within 2 min after the anionic emulsion polymer is added to the sludge, the residual charge of the polymer is neutralized by the inorganic flocculant before the polymer is perfectly dissolved to form a fine gel and flocculated sludge excellent in strength and dehydration functionality is obtained.
