<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing disorder in orientation condition of reinforcing fibers at a winding starting end part of prepreg temporarily fastened on the outer peripheral face of a mandrel. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tubular body comprising a fiber-reinforced resin consisting of the reinforcing fiber and a matrix resin is a method having an arranging process for arranging, on the outer face of the mandrel 10, the winding starting end part 12 of the prepreg in which the reinforcing fiber is arranged obliquely to the axial direction of the mandrel 10, a temporarily fastening process in which a heating plate is directly slid to the winding starting end part 12 arranged and the winding starting end part 12 is heat pressed to perform temporarily fastening, and a winding process for winding the temporarily fastened prepreg on the outer peripheral face.
