PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a thumb-nail display in the same manner as a photographic data and to improve a convenience to be used, in spite of compressed data. SOLUTION: A mobile electronic apparatus is provided with a display portion 7, a storage portion 8 and a controller 10. The controller 10 acquires a reproduction display size of contents data by expanding the contents data, generates a thumb-nail image by depressing an image included in the expanded contents data in a prescribed display size keeping an aspect ratio of the reproduction display size, and conducts a catalogue display using a plurality of thumb-nail images when a plurality of contents data compressed and stored in the storage portion 8 are applied to the catalogue display on the display portion 7 using the image having the prescribed display size.
