PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the driver of a vehicle to rapidly return to the vehicle by retrieving the driver in a store when trouble occurs in a vehicle in a parking place. SOLUTION: A facial image acquisition part 228 acquires the facial image of a player to be verified playing at a game table. A similarity degree calculating part 252 calculates a similarity degree with the facial image registered as vehicle facial image information, and performs verification. A similarity degree determining part 253 determines whether the facial image of a visitor is the facial image registered in the vehicle facial image information, based on comparison between the similarity degree being the verification results and a prescribed threshold. When the facial image of the player to be verified is determined to be the facial image registered in the vehicle facial image information, a game parlor management device 24 stops the game of the game table with the player whose facial image is imaged, and displays a picture for urging him/her to return to the vehicle.
