PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel lining concrete placing method capable of smoothly moving a bar vibrator and a vibrator cable to an end mold flask side by holding the linearity of the vibrator cable when concrete poured into a lining space is compacted. SOLUTION: Fixing guide pieces 18 each formed of a first plate member 17a and a first plate member 17b having a loosely fitting and fixing function for the vibrator cable 21 are projectedly arranged on the outer peripheral surface of a mold flask 10 for tunnel lining linearly at intervals in the axial direction X of a tunnel 12. Before the concrete 11a is poured into the lining space 23, the vibrator cable 19 is arranged linearly in the axial direction X of the tunnel 12 while holding at the intermediate portion of the lining space 23 in the thickness direction Y and temporarily fixed by the fixing guide pieces 18. After the concrete 11a is poured into the lining space, the vibrator cable 19 is changed over in a loose-fitted state, and towed to the end mold flask 16 side while vibrating the bar vibrator 20.
