Skeleton of high-rise building of construction that includes columns and flat discs of floors formed with monolithic non-split reinforced-concrete bearing girth rails that through hinges rest on columns and assembled reinforced-concrete plates resting at ends on horizontal dowels of bearing girth rails arranged as single-part span and side reinforced frames with long upper and lower working armature, respectively, and cross surrounding discrete links. Side surfaces of the columns at thickness of floor disks have anti-friction coating arranged as steel box surrounding the column in perimeter. In single-part and side reinforced frames of bearing girth rails, in cross plane that goes through cross surrounding discrete links, inclined rods are installed.
