A method for preparation of potato chips consists in dosing components, mixing thereof to uniform mass, forming the uniform mass in continuous strip which is fried in oil and is cut on the flakes. Mixing components is performed in the following sequence: flour is put in the mixer with step-by-step addition of salt solution, potato chips and corn groats are added with salt solution, then starch is added. |
