PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth whitening set having good usability, easily and surely removing stain attached to the tooth and suppressing the adhesion of new stain. SOLUTION: The tooth whitening set is composed of a tooth whitening composition containing (A) a lactoferrin, and (B) a decomposition product of lactoferrin and/or (C) one or more polyphosphates selected from straight-chain polyphosphates expressed by general formula (1): M<SB>n+2</SB>P<SB>n</SB>O<SB>3n+1</SB>(M is Na or K; and n≥2) and cyclic polyphosphates expressed by general formula (2): (MPO<SB>3</SB>)<SB>m</SB>(M is Na or K; and m≥3), and an application tool which is detachably attachable to the tooth for holding and fixing the composition on the tooth.
