PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular connector mounting structure which enhances the ease of coupling operation and fixing strength without impairing the appearance of a vehicle interior. SOLUTION: The vehicular connector mounting structure is one for a fault diagnosis connector 5 arranged on an instrument panel 1. The instrument panel comprises: a column hole 30 in which a steering column is inserted, and a driver's seat lower side cover 11 having a separated body, including an edge portion under the column hole; and covering a lower part of the instrument panel. At a part hidden by a driver's seat lower side cover when viewed from a rear side in a vehicular fore-and-aft direction in the instrument panel, a mounting portion 15 of the connector is provided.
