ENERGY DEMAND FORECASTING METHOD, PREDICTION SYSTEM, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy demand forecasting method and a prediction system which cope with a sporadic demand peak, and which correct energy demand forecast even for an irregular life and behavior pattern of consumers.

SOLUTION: In the energy demand forecasting method, a heat demand amount for every unit time predetermined immediately before the target time and a variation of power demand showing a change in actual value of the power demand are used, to forecast heat demand for every unit time, an integrated value of the heat demand at the target time, and a proration rate of the heat demand for every unit time at heat demand generation, then to calculate a predicted value of the heat demand amount for every unit time from the integrated value of the heat demand and the proration rate of the heat demand for every unit time.
