PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an actuator capable of surely conducting an electrical connection and a mechanical connection by a simple constitution inexpensively. SOLUTION: The polymer actuator 100 is inserted into a trench section 111 formed at the central section of a substrate 109 and assembled temporarily, and a bump 105 is pushed in the surface direction of the substrate 109 while controlling a leveling and a pushing force by the flat section 115 of a pedestal 113 with a recessed section 114 formed so as not to crush the polymer actuator 100. In this way, electrical connection is conducted surely while the polymer actuator 100 is held mechanically from both sides by the deformation of the pushed bump 105. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
