PURPOSE: An environmetal-friendly roaster using corn as fuel is provided to block an outer tub or a floor plate from becoming overheated due to direct heat transfer to them. CONSTITUTION: An environmetal-friendly roaster(1) using corn as fuel comprises an outer tub(3), a burner(7), a transfer screw(10), a support(5), a heat insulator(14), a heat-blocking unit(6), and a heat-transfer preventing space. The burner is placed on a mount, which is installed to be protruded to the inner central part of the outer tub. The transfer screw transfers corns to supply them to the burner. An oil tray(15) and a roasting plate are arranged on the upper part of the outer tub. The support covers the floor plate and the protruded top of the support is located on the bottom of the burner. The heat insulator protects the inner circumferential surface of the support and covers the floor plate. |
