PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flag which is lightweight and inexpensive and never hangs down even in the absence of a wind. SOLUTION: The flag comprises a flag main body 0101, a plurality of anchor portions 0103 which are provided along one side of the flag body and for anchoring the flag body to a post 0102, and an elastic member 0104 tensed in an arcuate shape between a part nearby one anchor portion and a region on a flat body surface which is most distant from the one side when the flag is installed.
