PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door operation controller capable of smoothly operating a sliding door.

SOLUTION: The door operation controller detects the door speed of the sliding door and executes the feedback control of the motor speed of a motor driving a door operation device for operating the sliding door according to an operation pattern of A-B-C-D-E scheduled in advance. When a sliding door left half open is closed, deceleration starting timing C in the operation pattern is accelerated to reduce the door speed of the sliding door immediately before complete closure so that the hunting of the sliding door can be suppressed.
