摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument capable of suppressing the lowering of measuring precision in the measurement of the interaction between a physiologically active substance and a specimen substance, and a measuring method. <P>SOLUTION: The concentration of the organic solvent in a specimen solution is measured by supplying the organic solvent in the specimen solution, which is to become a measuring target, to a reference flow channel 55R to measure a refractive index and the concentration of the organic solvent in a concentration adjusting solution is measured by supplying the concentration adjusting solution to the reference flow channel 55R to measure a refractive index. The mixture amount of the concentration adjusting solution mixed with the specimen solution is calculated on the basis of these measuring results so that the concentration of the organic solvent in the specimen solution becomes a predetermined concentration. The mixture solution, which is prepared by mixing the calculated amount of the concentration adjusting solution with the specimen solution, is supplied to a measuring flow channel 55A and a reference flow channel 55R to measure the interaction of the physiologically active substance of a measuring region E1 and the specimen substance in the specimen solution on the basis of the measuring result of the refractive index of the light thrown on the measuring region E1 and the reference flow channel 55R from a light emitting part 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
