PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content transmission device and a content transmission method for simplifying an operation to write a comment on an electronic notice board or the like. SOLUTION: When a "making a comment along a style sheet" button is selected in a figure 2(a), a reply comment input picture is displayed in a figure 2(b). On the reply comment input picture of the figure 2(b), a comment written before is displayed, and a text box A4 for inputting a reply comment to each comment is displayed. When the reply comment is input to each text box A4, and a "comment creation" button is selected, the reply comment is transmitted from a user terminal 100 to a content transmission device 10.
