The invention relates to a modular building comprising a support frame (14 figure 2) for various modules forming the floor (16 figure 6), roof (24 and 25 figure 6) and external wall (70 figure 22) of the building. The floor is provided with floor modules 16 that can be slid or lifted into place within the support frame 14. Room modules 18 and 20 may be incorporated into the floor in place of a floor module. Services may be installed in the modules. A later embodiment relates to a method of constructing a building using said modules. |
