<p>The method involves making multiple pre-stressed concrete sleepers (12, 14) in a long clamping bed and interspersing the concrete sleepers by clamping steel wires (20-30) clamped in the clamping bed. The steel wires are anchored at front surface with full or desired pre-stressing force on anchor plate elements (16, 18) running along a front surface of the concrete sleepers. The anchor plate elements are pre-stressed by pre-stressing steel with a smooth surface running in a longitudinal direction of the sleeper, with the same pre-stressing force as the sleeper. An independent claim is also included for a connection between two pre-stressed concrete sleepers, and/or sections of pre-stressed concrete sleepers in particular pre-stressed concrete switch-point sleepers.</p> |
